Farrukh Ibragimov

Farrukh Ibragimov is part of Diamond Client Consulting, he has over 4 years of experience at EY. He participated in the audit of five joint-stock commercial banks, focusing on analyzing and evaluating the credit loss reserves calculation models. Based on his recommendations, clients’ existing models were upgraded, resulting in higher accuracy of reported figures.

Besides that, Farrukh participated in the audit of Oil&Gas, Mining, and Construction industries, focusing on testing revenue streams and sales projection financial models. He also reviewed the treasury processes of client companies with a focus on providing clients with advice on how to hedge against risks, including through derivatives. Farrukh began his professional career as an Investment analyst at Oil&Gas company, where he analyzed budget versus actual variances of companies’ investment activities to produce monthly reports for management to utilize while reviewing and adjusting capital expenditures. He was also in charge of the modification of gas extraction and risk assessment models of natural gas fields.

Farrukh holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in London, UK. Additionally, he is a holder of the ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business.
