  • We evaluated historical company performance based on in-depth financial statement analysis deep diving by lines of business as we tested hypothesis to explain performance.
  • Carried out specific internal and market analyses to confirm the initial hypothesis and answer strategic questions.

  • Provided a report on key issues and opportunities defining initiatives in three key areas: M&A, expense management, and salesforce model.
